Scanner Avision PaperAir 1000N - Scan all your documents easily with the PaperAir Manager using the simple scan mask. You don't need any previous knowledge or have to make complicated settings, because PaperAir takes care of all the optimizations for you, so that you then get a perfect scan result. I don't agree with the previous reviews at all.
I have Windows 10 Home and an antivirus and had no problems installing the scanner at all. On the contrary, I found it foolproof.
The PaperAir 1000N scanner was supplied with a connection cable, the driver CD and "Getting Started" information.
Connect the scanner, insert the CD and click on "Install". Not more. My PC then asks if I really want to install and should only agree to sources that are trustworthy. Agreed, clicked "Next" a few times and the scanner program was already installed including the desktop icon. I don't know what other people found so difficult about it.
The scanned documents are saved in my "Documents" folder. You can also change the storage location under settings.
My scanned test documents were good, clear and legible. I think it's great that the scanner automatically optimizes the scanned document -> i.e. automatically crops it and increases the brightness and contrast. I haven't tested photos yet, but I don't need the scanner for that. You can download the manual.

Conclusion:
A simple scanner that is easy to use. It is perfectly sufficient for general use and is a cheap alternative to branded devices. I may have to I scan a document once a month that I then have to send by email and the scanner is 100% sufficient for that.
